Come and be part of the Tactical Movement!

Join Mummy’s Facebook Group, Tactical Parenting:¬†here.

One of Mummy’s favourite things about writing her blog, is chatting to lots of other lovely Mummies and discovering we are all in the same boat. Mummy created the Tactical Parenting Group in order to provide Mummies an opportunity to get to know each other, ask advice and debate current affairs and parenting issues.

Mummy is very excited indeed that she now has her very own Facebook Group community.

She is not planning to be a draconian sort of power-crazed Group Admin who wants to check every post before it is allowed through and who gets on everyone’s nerves by loudly proclaiming that she is Queen of the Group and her’s is the only opinion that counts.

The group welcomes debates, interesting news stories, memes and differences of opinion. Mummy doesn’t mind if you swear a little bit either, except for the c-word. Please don’t use that. There are just better words.

Posting Guidelines

  • Vaccination. All queries regarding vaccines should not be posted on the main wall, but be referred to Elle Ess, who is a qualified Nurse, or another admin. These posts will be deleted and you will receive a PM with advice.
  • Medical issues. Medical issues should not be posted on the main wall but be referred to Elle Ess, who is a qualified Nurse, or another admin. (Eg. What sort of rash is this, is this chicken pox, is this thrush etc.) These posts will be deleted and you will receive a PM with advice. Do, however, feel free to post asking other Mummies how they best treated common and harmless complaints such as nappy rash, cradle cap and so on.

This will allow us to ensure you are getting the best possible advice and recommendations.

  • Bloggers should feel free to post interesting links, although it is expected that if they are doing so, then they should be interacting with the group in other ways as well.
  • Please remember that people asking advice may be feeling worried and vulnerable. Be kind and considerate in your response. If you post a comment that is not in the spirit of friendly debate or advice, you will receive one warning before being removed from the group.

You will find the group an extremely warm, friendly and welcoming community. Do feel free to get in touch with any of the admins pr mods at any time, whether you have a question, need advice or just want a friendly ear to chat to. Pop over to the ‘Meet The Team’ page, where you can find out a little more about them.

We all look forward to seeing you in the group! Join here.

Love,

Mummy xxx
